How soon can I get fiber internet for my home?
Avative is excited to announce a significant investment to bring our multi-gigabit fiber optic internet service to the Saratoga Springs Owner’s Association community! We have worked with the homeowner’s association board and reached an agreement to be able to install fiber lines along every street within the community at no cost to the residents, enabling each resident to choose to sign up for our fast, reliable internet service.
The construction process consists of several distinct steps. During initial construction, the main fiber conduits and cables will be installed underground in the HOA right-of-way along streets and sidewalks. Our crews work methodically to minimize disruption and restore the easement areas to the same or better condition. Please avoid parking in work areas marked with cones during this time. Next, we will contact you to arrange for workers to install an underground fiber service line (called a "drop") to each home that has pre-registered for service. Shortly after your home receives its fiber drop, we will contact you to schedule a technician appointment to install your home's fiber modem (called an "ONT") and activate internet service!
Why should I pre-register?
The construction process is organized into zones and pre-registering for service will give you priority access to installation appointments when your zone is completed.
